Our process

We use a staged process to fully understand the problem, as well as providing comprehensive optimisation studies, to see the merits of and potential improvements to the existing design.  We then support any modifications, enhancements and certification requirements. If you are right at the start of your project and have not yet developed a concept, we are able to support from the get-go to full realisation, including approval and certification.

Hear from Ben Barrass, MD and Rob Harborne, Technical Director, on our approach to new client contracts.

Working with us: Part of your team

Our clients outsource all or part of their engineering design projects so they benefit from specialist expertise and can free up internal resources for other project-critical tasks.

At Cascade Engineering we are committed to helping customers expand their capabilities and capacity to improve and resolve their structural engineering challenges on critical platforms such as commercial & military aircraft, fighting vehicles, ships, submarines and transportation & energy supply equipment.

More often than not, we are working in conjunction with the client’s own project team, contributing to ideas and discussions and sharing experience that allows project managers to make informed decisions. This leads to leaner project management and a greater likelihood of success in terms of both final testing and acceptance and in the long-term manufacturing and final delivery.

What’s it like to work with us?

We have a clear approach and use tested processes that give our clients confidence in our services and capabilities. Working with us gives you a competent, collaborative and consistent addition to your overall team. You can rely on us to communicate clearly and often, take part in key meetings and progress reviews, understand and plan for the impact of our work on other areas of your project and work within your project parameters.
